Plot Fees & Costs:
Annual Membership: £10 (payable after your 3-month probation).
NAS Membership: £3.50 per year (includes liability insurance and legal support).
Key Deposit: £5 for an additional key (1st key is included with membership).
To apply for a plot at Growchapel, you must complete the following steps:
By applying, you agree to abide by both the GAA Rules and the Glasgow City Council (GCC) Allotment Rules. You can view these on our Rules & Regulations page.
You will need to complete the following documents:
GAA Application Form: This covers your membership, emergency contacts, and NAS insurance.
GCC Application Form: The official council requirement for allotment tenancy.
Please return your completed forms to the Chairman or Secretary. You can do this in person at the site or via email:

Payment Details: Once approved, payments can be made via Cash to the Treasurer or via BACS listed on form.
Reference: Please use your Name & Plot Number as the reference.
Communal Tools:
All plot holders have access to our shared communal tool shed.
Gathering Space:
An indoor community space is available for use by arrangement with the committee.
Giving Back:
Members contribute 1 hour per month to communal areas (after 3 months).
Future Leaders:
After 12 months, we encourage members to assist with committee roles to help keep the GAA thriving.
Disabilities: If you or your helpers have specific needs, please let us know on your form. We are committed to making the GAA an inclusive space.
Working with Others: If you have helpers from a different address, they must complete an Associate Member Form so we have their emergency contact details for site safety.
